Casino Resort Nasio is run by a small editorial team. The quickest way to reach us is by email, at [email protected]. We read everything that arrives and reply to what needs a reply, usually within a few working days.

What to write to us about

• Corrections. If something in an entry is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what and where. A link or a source helps but is not required.
• Suggestions. If you know a hotel that belongs in one of the four categories, say which category and why. We read every suggestion; we cannot promise an entry.
• Press and permissions. Requests to quote, syndicate or reference the index, and questions about photography.
• General editorial questions about how the index is put together.

What we cannot help with

We are not a travel agency and we are not connected to the hotels described here. We cannot take a reservation, change or cancel one, check availability, quote a rate, arrange an upgrade, or pass a message to a property's front desk. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — they are the only ones who can act on it.

We also cannot offer personal trip planning or itinerary advice.

Response times

Email is handled on working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else; if you are reporting an error, please put the hotel name in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
